To craft this powerful item, you will need the following:

• A Celestial or Sub-Celestial character at level 200 or higher
• The Four Secret Stones:
  • Water Stone
  • Earth Stone
  • Sun Stone
  • Wind Stone
• A Stone of Fury
• A Mystic Circlet +11 or higher (must be equipped)
• 1000 Fame Points

How to Craft

1. Ensure all required items are in your inventory.
2. Click on the Fury Stone to begin the composition process.
3. Important: The success rate is 50%.
   • If the composition fails, all materials will be destroyed, except for the Mystic Circlet.

CELESTIAL LEVEL 200 RESET

After creating Arcane Circlet and reaching Level 200, your Celestial or Sub-Celestial character can perform up to 3 Resets.
Each reset rewards you with 160 additional stat points, providing greater flexibility for character builds.

Requirements for Each Reset:

• Be Level 200 or higher (requires 4 billion EXP)
• 1000 Fame Points
• Stone of Fury

Reset Process:

1. Confirm your character meets all requirements.
2. Click on the Stone of Fury to begin the reset.
3. Each reset will consume 50 million EXP.
