We’re excited to officially introduce a brand-new feature to WYD International — the Marketplace! This is Version 1, the first of its kind and a unique system among WYD servers, designed to give players a powerful, transparent, and fair way to trade items.
🛒 What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is a dedicated website section where players can list items for sale and allow other players to view and purchase them.
The Marketplace supports two currencies:
- Gold
- Donate Points
⚙️ How does the Marketplace work?
You can list items directly from your Cargo for Gold or Donate Points
Other players can purchase listed items using:
- Cargo Gold
- Account Donate Points
You can remove your item from the Marketplace at any time and return it to your Cargo
Each user has access to a full Marketplace history
Once an item is purchased:
The buyer receives the item in their Cargo
The seller receives payment as:
- Untradeable Gold Bricks (for Gold sales)
- Donate Bricks (for Donate sales), delivered to their Cargo
💰 Marketplace Tax System
To keep the economy balanced, a Marketplace Tax is applied:
Tax Rules:
- Gold listings → 5% tax charged from Cargo Gold
- Donate listings → Static 10 Donate Points charged from the account
✔️ Full tax refund if you remove the item before it’s sold.
🏦 Tax Bank
- A public Tax Bank is displayed on the website
- All collected tax goes into this bank
- The Tax Bank will be used for monthly Academy PvP Wars, directly benefiting the community
🚫 Limitations & Rules
❌ Untradeable items cannot be sold
❌ Mounts, Character Costumes, Fairies, and several other special items are blocked
💵 Minimum prices:
- Gold: 1,000,000 Gold, increments of 1,000,000
- Donate: 100 Points, increments of 100
🔌 You must be logged off the game to:
- List an item
- Purchase an item
- Remove an item from the Marketplace
🌐 You must be logged in on the website to perform any Marketplace action
