Over the past few weeks, some of you may have experienced intermittent disconnections and unstable connections during gameplay. We want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.

After extensive investigation, we’ve confirmed that these issues originate from our hosting provider’s network backbone, specifically affecting their US infrastructure (Miami and Los Angeles data centers). These disruptions are outside our direct control, but we are in close communication with their engineering team, who continue to implement measures to restore full stability.

In parallel, we are actively evaluating alternative hosting options to prevent similar problems in the future. However, it’s important to note that switching to a different host could reduce our protection against DDoS attacks, as our current provider offers industry-leading mitigation for game servers. Our goal is to find the best possible balance between reliability and security.

Meanwhile, our team is working tirelessly on both the server and client sides to mitigate the effects of these disruptions wherever possible. Your patience, understanding, and continued support mean the world to us as we navigate this issue together.
